House of Hue is a handmade art business run by two sisters, offering catalogue pieces and custom commissions. By ordering from us, you're agreeing to the terms below — we've tried to keep them plain and fair.

Our pieces

Every piece is handmade, which means gentle variations in colour, texture, or finish compared to photos are normal and part of what makes it one-of-a-kind — not a defect. Screen displays can also render colour slightly differently from the physical piece.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For custom commissions, we require a 50% advance payment to confirm your order and begin production, with the balance due before shipping.

Custom commissions

Before starting a custom piece, we'll agree with you on the concept, size, and timeline. Once your advance is paid, we consider the order confirmed and begin sourcing materials and production — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what that means if you need to cancel.

Intellectual property

When you buy a piece from us, you own the physical artwork. We retain the copyright and reproduction rights to the design and image of the artwork itself — please don't reproduce, print, or resell copies of our work without asking us first.

Shipping & delivery

Limitation of liability

We take great care in how we make and pack every piece, but we can't be held responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners once a package has left our hands, beyond what's covered in our refund policy for transit damage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
