Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every piece is handled and packed by us personally, so please bear with the timelines below — they reflect two people carefully preparing and shipping original, one-of-a-kind work, not a warehouse.

Processing time

Catalogue pieces (ready-made, shown in our gallery): shipped within 1 week of order confirmation.
Custom / commissioned pieces: 4–6 weeks from the date your advance payment is received, depending on size and complexity. We'll agree on a specific timeline with you before you pay the advance.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. If you're outside India and would like a piece, message us — we may be able to arrange something on request, but it isn't a standard option yet.

Packaging

Original art needs to travel carefully. Every piece is packed with rigid board protection, corner guards, and moisture-proof wrapping, and boxed to size so it can't shift or bend in transit. Fragile handling labels are applied to every package.

Courier & tracking

We ship via trusted courier partners and will share a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

If a package looks damaged on arrival: please film yourself opening it before removing all packaging, and see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what to do next — this video is what lets us make it right quickly.
